Welcome to my blog, where I share my experience living with MCAS and SIBO, the recipes and products I’ve tried (sometimes with modifications), and resources I’ve used. Medication along with diet modifications – avoiding gluten, dairy, egg, and some high-histamine foods – have made a huge impact on my health, and my goal is to encourage others that having a chronic illness doesn’t necessarily mean being confined to a bland, boring diet. Through trying out different recipes, I’ve learned that it’s possible to make and enjoy delicious food while avoiding your triggers.
